Richard Augustyn
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO), CHAIRMAN OF MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE
Mr. Augustyn is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Marquis Agency. Mr. Augustyn has been a successful entrepreneur and business leader for over 20 years.
In addition to founding and leading Marquis Agency, Mr. Augustyn has founded and directs a portfolio of successful financial services businesses. His business success led to being named in 2003 NJ Biz’s NJ’s Forty under Forty, which recognizes young men and women who have made outstanding contributions to their fields.
Mr. Augustyn is a nationally recognized expert on alternative risk insurance matters who has interviewed on CNN/FN and WABC. He is quoted in publications such as the New York Times and speaks on insurance-related topics throughout the country.
David Springer
GROUP PRESIDENT AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO), MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEMBER
Dave is a highly regarded specialty insurance program executive who has led Marquis Agency’s long-term success and market share growth. Dave’s experience in the specialty programs industry spans more than 20 years. He has led the development of new insurance products for over 25 industry programs, forged strategic partnerships with many insurers and reinsurers .
Dave is known throughout the specialty insurance industry for his exceptional character and willingness to help others. He also serves on the board of TMPAA and was the former President. Dave spent his undergraduate years at the University of Delaware.
Jennifer Pressley, CPA
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO), MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEMBER
Jennifer is a senior finance and operational executive with over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on data-driven decision making to achieve profitable growth. Through intentional partnership with business leaders across all disciplines, Jennifer has a proven track record of value creation through development of AI inspired dashboards and key metrics resulting in early identification of trends and opportunities. After starting her career in Big 4 public accounting, Jennifer spent the past 15 years in progressive roles leading the finance function at both large and small insurance carriers.
She holds a BA in Accounting from Ball State University and is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter.
Kevin Jenkins
BROKER
Kevin Jenkins joined Marquis Agency in 2018. A graduate of East Stroudsburg University, with a bachelor’s in Management. Kevin began his career with a National Insurance Company where he gained experience selling life insurance. He holds licenses in Property & Casualty and Health & Life. Kevin believes in a proactive style and hands on approach to providing insurance services to his clients.
